🍽️阜宁大糕 Funing Big Cake
阜宁大糕,又名玉带糕,由糯米粉精制而成,洁白如雪的糕片柔软又香甜。由于阜宁大糕寓含着大吉大利、步步登高的祝福,因此阜宁、射阳及周边一带在婚庆、新年佳节都要借阜宁大糕祈福,而且在大年初一还有起床后要吃阜宁大糕才能说话这一习俗,因此阜宁大糕也有一个别称叫“开口糕”。

🍽️ 建湖藕粉圆子 Lotus Starch Balls
藕粉圆子以江苏盐城建湖和湖北黄冈的最有名。盐城建湖的藕粉圆子是以藕粉做外皮,馅心则是用腌渍过的糖板油丁加上金桔饼、花生仁、核桃仁、光桃酥等多种果料混合制成,呈透明深褐色的外层圆润光滑、柔韧而富有弹性,外形类似鸽子蛋,馅心则是甜润爽口、沁人肺腑。

🍽️ 盐城八大碗 Yancheng Eight Bowls
“八大碗”是一种有八种菜的宴席的称呼,在许多地区均有不同的菜色和做法。过去时,盐城人煮盐需要各家各户共同劳作,因此为了提高效率,各家各户往往一起聚餐,于是在长期的聚餐中,逐渐制作出各种各样适口的菜肴,形成了盐城最初的八大碗菜品,并遵循盐城人的口味,制成半汤半水、半荤半速、健康养生的菜肴。历经将近两千年的传承发展,盐城八大碗形成了上八碗、中八碗、下八碗,分别以鱼翅席、鱼膘席、土膘席命名。
