Delivery Methods and Shipping Time
(a) Orders will be shipped after payment is completed.
(b) All orders are typically shipped within 2-3 working days. However, please note that some products are shipped from overseas, which may result in a longer delivery duration of approximately 2-3 weeks. Overseas delivery times may vary depending on the chosen shipping method and destination.
(c) After receiving your order, we will process, package, and ship it as quickly as possible to ensure delivery within 3-7 working days (for local products). Individual delivery times may vary based on your chosen destination and shipping method.
(d) Please note that all stated delivery times are estimated and may be subject to delays. We will make every effort to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, although we cannot guarantee delivery times will be without delays.
(a) Subscriptions to digital versions are non-returnable and non-refundable.
(b) Our products are eligible for return only in the following circumstances: if the delivered product is different from the ordered product due to an error or damage, we will provide the correct product to the customer, and we will cover the return shipping costs. Please make sure to return all incorrectly delivered products in their entirety, as failure to return any one product will hinder the return process.
(c) Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if the customer fails to contact our company via email within 3 days of the product’s arrival. If a product cannot be sent for reasons such as being out of stock or discontinued when an exchange is requested, the payment for the product will be refunded to the customer.
The return process requires sending the ‘Return and Exchange Contact Form’ along with the product being returned to the provided return address. Once our company receives and confirms the returned product, we will promptly ship the replacement product. Please note that if the ‘Return and Exchange Contact Form’ is not included with the returned product, it may cause processing delays.
Revision of Subscription Terms
Travellution Media reserves the right to modify subscription terms, including subscription fees and free gifts, among others. These changes will take immediate effect upon publication on the Travellution Media website or through other communication channels. By continuing to use Travellution Media’s subscription services, you signify your acceptance of these revisions.
Termination of Service
Once an order is confirmed and the payment process is completed, the transaction is considered complete. Customers acknowledge and agree that all pre-paid subscription fees are non-refundable, and Travellution Media does not entertain refund requests, whether for the full or partial pre-paid subscription fees, for any reason.
