到广州旅游，没有吃过当地的早茶可算是白来了！但原来当地还有另一种特别的饮食文化体验——园林酒家。

于20世纪的20到60年代相续落成的4大园林酒家，让人们品尝美食之余还能游览岭南园林美景。它们分别位于广州城的东、西、南、北4个方向，且正好依偎着市区4大公园而建。不过随着东湖酒家结业，目前传统的4大园林酒家仅剩以下3家。
In Guangzhou, there were 4 well-known restaurants with classical Chinese landscape gardens built between the 1920s and 1960s. These restaurants offer a special experience where people can enjoy tasty food while exploring the beautiful Lingnan gardens. Unfortunately, Donghu Restaurant has closed down, so there are only 3 remaining restaurants to visit.

1、泮溪酒家Panxi Restaurant
中国最大的园林酒家，由于位于荔湾湖公园，不仅景色有了湖景衬托，厨师还就地取材，利用泮塘五秀（莲藕、马蹄、菱角、茭筍、慈姑）做出各种特色菜。
Panxi Restaurant is the largest classical Chinese landscape garden restaurant in China, located in Liwanhu Park. The restaurant not only has a beautiful lake view, but also serves a variety of special dishes made with locally sourced ingredients.

2、南园酒家Nanyuan Restaurant
拥有青砖绿瓦、翘角飞檐、小桥流水，可说是最具岭南特色的园林酒家；到了晚上，则灯火通明，一片富丽堂皇而气派。
Nanyuan Restaurant has the most distinctive Lingnan-style landscape garden. In the evening, the restaurant takes on a stunning and impressive appearance.

3、北园酒家Beiyuan Restaurant
位于越秀公园一侧，是广州历史最悠久的园林酒家，许多官僚政客、富商巨贾、社会名流都曾光顾。
Beiyuan Restaurant is located beside Yuexiu Park and is the oldest classical Chinese landscape garden restaurant in Guangzhou.
