Nantong’s first intangible cultural heritage provincial standard item

Nantong announced its first intangible cultural heritage provincial standard item this year – “Nantong ‘Eight Bowls and Eight’ Production Techniques”.

“Eight bowls and eight” is the recipe specification of the ancient Nantong people to entertain guests, which is composed of four cold dishes and four hot stir-fry, a total of eight bowls of dishes, representing the complete Nantong local cuisine.
