Gaochun District become a tourism demonstration zones
Gaochun District selected as the 3rd batch of provincial-level holistic tourism demonstration zones.
Gaochun located in the south of Nanjing with an area of 802 km2. It is the China headquarters of the International Cittaslow Alliance. Gaochun is a famous historical and cultural city, also a leisure travel destination in the Yangtze River Delta. Let’s take a stroll in the beautiful Gaochun!
Yaxi

Gaochun’s Ceramic
The beauty of ceramics can’t express in words. Gaochun Ceramic Museum not only displays a large number of exquisite ceramics works but also let you learn about the Chinese ceramic culture. The DIY experience area in the museum available for students’ social practice activities and parent-child ceramic experiences.

Gaochun Old Street
Walking along Gaochun Old Street, full of antique buildings, shops on both sides of the road, pastries, dried bean curd, shrimp paste… All these traditional flavours can be found here. Gaochun local handicrafts, local operas, feather fans, wood carvings… Diverse and unique cultures are scattered all aroundwaiting for your discovery.
