China finally reopened in January this year and the world is cheering for the return of China tourists! Jiangsu is ready to welcome back overseas visitors too. In order to give Malaysians a sneak preview of the beauty and cultural heritage of Jiangsu, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, in collaboration with the Jiangsu Tourism (Singapore & Malaysia) Promotion Centre, is participating in the upcoming Malaysia International Travel Mart (MITM) from 3 to 5 March in Johor Bahru, setting up a thematic pavilion to bring the stunning scenery, food and culture of Jiangsu to the people of Johor.<\/p>\n
Visitors will have the opportunity to experience the grandeur of the Jiangsu section of the Grand Canal, its exquisite culinary delights, and rich intangible cultural heritage through exhibitions, interactive games, and photo opportunities.<\/p>\n Throughout the event, elegantly designed display panels will showcase the eight cities in Jiangsu that the Grand Canal passes through. The pavilion will welcome guests with a grand ” Moongate” entrance and invite them to adorn Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) and pose for photos in the pavilion, reliving the experience of ancient times. Visitors can also rediscover Jiangsu’s rich intangible cultural heritage, while the game session allows visitors to spin the wheel and win prizes!<\/p>\n From 3 to 5 March, we cordially invite you to join us at Sutera Mall in Johor Bahru, Johor and immerse yourself in the unique culture of Jiangsu.
